Our classes follow a structured curriculum based on the National
USAG
Development plan.
The class program is non-competitive and students are encouraged to
progress at their own rate and are awarded incentive ribbons when they
achieve certain skills at their level.
Students will also receive an award when they progress to the next
level.
Classes are taught by experienced and caring instructors.

Intermediate

aerials etc
Advanced
Improve your tumbling skills, learn round-off back handspring
