ESTRELLA GYMNASTICS RULES AND POLICIES GENERAL

1. To avoid injury it is important to warm up thoroughly, so please make sure your child gets to class on time for warm ups.
2. Please make sure your child has discarded any gum or candy before class, as this may be a choking hazard.
3. Students ONLY are allowed in the gym area.
4. Students are not allowed in the gym area until the start of their class.
5. Please pick your child up from class promptly as parent/guardian is responsible for students once their class is over.

VIEWING AREA

1. Children must be supervised in the viewing area as unsupervised children are a distraction to students, staff and spectators
2. Spectators are requested not to communicate with students during class as this can be a distraction which could cause accident or injury to students.

DRESS CODE

1. Girls - Leotards
2. Boys/Cheer/Tumbling - Shorts and T-shirts without zippers, buttons or any ornamentation that may injure student or coach.
3. Long hair must be tied back.
4. No outdoor shoes allowed in the gym. Socks may be worn during warm up only.

MAKE UP CLASSES

1. We unable to offer make up lessons during class time. All make ups will be held during an open work out session.
2. Make up day must be booked at front desk.
3. We cannot pro rate for missed classes, unless the class is cancelled by us

TUITION FEES

1. Tuition is based on a 6-week session and is due 1 week before the start of the session.
2. A late fee will be charged if payment is received after the first class of the session.
3. We may accept students after the start of the session if there is an available space in the class.
4. Tuition will be pro rated for New Students starting after first class of session.
5. Additional classes are added into a session if the gym is going to be closed for holidays during that session.

Although every safety precaution is taken at ESTRELLA GYMNASTICS any physical activity including gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling carry the potential for serious injury or death.

I give permission for treatment by a qualified medical technician for my child/children in the case of an emergency.

I have read and understand the risks involved in participating in these activities and I will not hold ESTRELLA GYMNASTICS or its staff liable in the case of accident or injury due to participation in activities at ESTRELLA GYMNASTICS
